  Nathan Jines comes from a family with deep roots in real estate. His great-great-grandfather, Alfred Monroe Jines, was helping clients buy and sell property in the 1870s, and more than 130 years later, Nathan continues that tradition of service, guidance, and helping families build wealth, security, and opportunity through real estate. Drawing on years of pastoral ministry, community leadership, and service to others, Nathan is known for his wisdom, humility, strong work ethic, and genuine heart for helping people. As a devoted husband and father of three, he understands firsthand the importance of home, family, stability, and planning for the future.

  Nathan is passionate about helping families build long-term wealth through homeownership and thoughtful planning. He frequently guides clients through major life transitions, including retirement, downsizing, trust and estate sales, inheritance situations, and other significant family changes. Whether assisting first-time buyers, growing families, or those navigating complex life transitions, Nathan strives to help clients make informed real estate decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.

  Nathan is also known for being a connector and problem-solver, bringing together the right professionals, resources, and information to help clients navigate even the most complex situations with confidence. Her ability to diffuse tension is unmatched—she senses stress before it’s spoken and brings calm effortlessly. With an eye for detail honed through writing, art, and pastoring, she ensures every legal and financial transaction is seamless. Armed with her iPad and Apple Pencil, Lisa is tranquillity in motion. Honestly, McGyver has nothing on her—we couldn’t be who we are without Lisa.
